Refund Policy

This transaction is considered final once this agreement is signed and the initial payment has been made. All payments made to multivue are non-refundable.

By accepting the terms outlined on our site and in any contract, you agree to:

  1. Refrain from initiating any chargebacks without first notifying us in writing of your intent to do so.
  2. Provide us with the opportunity to resolve any issues by discussing the matter with multivue directly.

In the event of a payment default or failure to meet agreed-upon terms, multivue reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate all ongoing services.
  • Demand that any outstanding payments become due and payable in full.

This policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties while maintaining the quality and efficiency of the services we provide.
